This unique personalized wooden family tree makes the perfect gift for any occasion. It features up to 25 names, and consists of a three-layer wooden sign. With a variety of options for frames, this family tree can be displayed atop a stand or mounted on the wall for a lasting reminder of your loved ones.
** In the comment section at checkout, please put the frame name you would like, if there is no comment with the frame you want, then there will be no wording on the frame. Choices: Mom, Mommy, Our Family, Family, Love Grows Here, Happy Mother's Day, Aunt, Grandma, Mom Mom, Granny, Grammy, Gram, Pop, Poppy, Pop Pop, Papa, Oma, Yay, Abuelita, Grandpa, DIY Frame. If you are interested in something besides what is listed above, please send a email to ckdesignsstores@gmail.com with what you would like the frame to be.
** If this is for someone who has passed away and is a single heart, please leave in comments if you would like the wings or butterfly and if would like it to say "In Loving Memory" with the dates.
** Please note, you will need to send a list of names in the order that you would like them listed. The order will go up, down, up, down and so on. If you are looking at the first picture, when the order was sent in, it was listed as Heather, Jack, Rori, Riley, Dawson and Balor. Please send a completed list to ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. In the subject section of your email please put your last name and your order number and in the body of the email or as an attachment. CK Designs will send you over available frame that are available.
** If you would like your fur babies names included, please put cat or dog next to their name.
Current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks after receiving the list of names. Turn around time does not include shipping.

Current turn around time is approximately two weeks.
There is a no refund and no return policy, unless CK Designs has made an error. Please do not automatically return an item without contacting CK Designs first and letting us know exactly what is wrong with the item(s).
Customized items are not returnable or refundable unless CK Designs has made an error.
If we accept the return due to an error on CK Designs part, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2009 Ruxton Road Towson, MD 21204. As explained, do not automatically send your item(s) back, prior to speaking with someone at CK Designs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch with CK Designs if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is an error on CK Designs side, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please remember that refunds are only accepted if CK Designs makes an error.
