This personalized family stocking ornament is made of 1/8" thick birch plywood and laser engraved and cut with precision. The bottom layer is stained and some parts of the ornament consist of three layers. The ornament is complimented with ribbon, twine, two beads, and a ribbon. It can be customized to include 2-8 names.
Ornament will have current year engraved on ornament unless you put in the comments at checkout that you want no year or a different year.
You can either put in comment section at checkout the names you want on the order in the order they need to be placed. The placement goes by top left to the right and then bottom left to right. Or you can send an email with the information. If you are emailing this information, please put in the comment section at check that an email will be sent with the order. In the subject section of the
Ornament is 4.5" in diameter.
Current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks. Turn around time does not include shipping.

CK Designs is responsible for your item, until it is dropped off at the Post Office. Once the item is dropped off at the Post Office, CK Designs is no longer responsible for lost or damaged package, and a refund will not be issued. Item ships for free via USPS Priority Mail (within US)

Current turn around time is approximately two weeks.
There is a no refund and no return policy, unless CK Designs has made an error. Please do not automatically return an item without contacting CK Designs first and letting us know exactly what is wrong with the item(s).
Customized items are not returnable or refundable unless CK Designs has made an error.
If we accept the return due to an error on CK Designs part, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2009 Ruxton Road Towson, MD 21204. As explained, do not automatically send your item(s) back, prior to speaking with someone at CK Designs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch with CK Designs if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is an error on CK Designs side, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please remember that refunds are only accepted if CK Designs makes an error.
