The sign comes standard without a door hanger on the back. When you have made your purchase, please put in the notes your last name, est. date and if this is for your front door. If you do not leave notes stating this is for your front door, it will not include ribbon/rope.
This sign is perfect for many occasions - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding Gift, Gift for Home, Housewarming Gift, New Home, Perfect for Realtor to give their clients, Christmas Gift and so on.
This sign has a cream base with black wording. The signs are painted on both sides. It also includes greenery, burlap and checkered bow.
All of my signs are sealed, but they are not meant to be exposed to continuous rain, snow and other elements. If they are exposed to these elements continuously, the sign can become ruined. You can seal this sign throughout the year with polycrylic water based, this will help keep the sign sealed if it is exposed to different elements.
About This Sign:
- 18x18x1/2" (Wood) does not include the height of the bow.
- Solid pine wood sign (NOT MDF).
- Wood is painted on both sides.
- Edges of sign have a distressed look.
- Cream color painted on sign with black lettering.
- This sign is very sturdy
- This sign will not include a ribbon/rope door hanger, unless it is included in the notes
when order is placed. There is no additional charge for this.
- This sign will include two hooks, for wall mounting.
- If you are hanging this on your door you may request Styrofoam to the attached to the back, to help protect door from damage when opening and closing. It will not be added, unless you request it.
- Sign includes greenery
- Includes Burlap and White/black checkered bow.

Current turn around time is approximately two weeks.
There is a no refund and no return policy, unless CK Designs has made an error. Please do not automatically return an item without contacting CK Designs first and letting us know exactly what is wrong with the item(s).
Customized items are not returnable or refundable unless CK Designs has made an error.
If we accept the return due to an error on CK Designs part, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2009 Ruxton Road Towson, MD 21204. As explained, do not automatically send your item(s) back, prior to speaking with someone at CK Designs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch with CK Designs if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is an error on CK Designs side, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please remember that refunds are only accepted if CK Designs makes an error.
