This tumbler is customized with your son/daughter's school logo, their picture and their last name.
You will need to send a good quality picture of themselves along with a good quality school logo picture. Both pictures must be in png format.
CK Designs is not responsible for images that are blurry due to the quality of the picture. Returns or refunds will not be accepted.
When sending the pictures to the email, please put your Order Number and Last Name that is on the order in the subject. You will also need to include the school colors. Please send pictures to ckdesignsstores@gmail.com.
In the comment section at checkout, please put email address that you will be sending information from along with your son/daughter's last name and school.
20 oz skinny double wall insulated tumbler.
Full wrap design, plastic lid, two metal straws (one bent and one straight), straw cleaner and silicone piece for bottom of tumbler to prevent sliding.
**HANDWASH ONLY, this is due to high heat. Dishwasher could make the image bleed or fade. Do not soak in water or put in microwave.
Current Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, after we receive your email with the pictures and name. This does not including shipping time.

Current turn around time is approximately two weeks.
There is a no refund and no return policy, unless CK Designs has made an error. Please do not automatically return an item without contacting CK Designs first and letting us know exactly what is wrong with the item(s).
Customized items are not returnable or refundable unless CK Designs has made an error.
If we accept the return due to an error on CK Designs part, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2009 Ruxton Road Towson, MD 21204. As explained, do not automatically send your item(s) back, prior to speaking with someone at CK Designs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch with CK Designs if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is an error on CK Designs side, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ckdesignsstores@gmail.com. Please remember that refunds are only accepted if CK Designs makes an error.
